1.1These Website Terms apply to your access to and use of completeofficefitouts.com.au (“Website”), operated by Apex Building Services Pty Ltd (ABN 99 622 286 382) trading as Complete Office Fitouts (“we”, “us” or “our”).

If you do so on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms on its behalf, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and “you” includes that organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Website.

1.3We may change these terms at any time by publishing updated terms on the Website. The updated terms apply to your use of the Website from the time they are published, but do not affect any right or liability that arose before then. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Website.

3.4You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, store, adapt and disclose that material, including to our related entities, contractors, consultants and service providers, for purposes connected with your enquiry, any quotation or services, our dealings with you or any organisation you represent, our records, compliance with law, and the exercise or defence of our rights.

4.1You must not:

1. use the Website for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose;
2. interfere with, damage or disrupt the Website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any related system;
3. introduce any virus or other harmful code;

8.2Where our liability for a breach of a Non-Excludable Right can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

8.3You indemnify us against any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Website, except to the extent caused or contributed to by us.

9.1These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

9.2If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining terms continue to apply.

9.3A failure or delay by us in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
