The full length of the south western corridor: Bankstown, Fairfield and Liverpool through Ingleburn and Leppington to Campbelltown.

What the South West Is Like to Build In

The corridor runs a long way and it is not one market. Industrial estates make up most of it, there are ordinary commercial centres at Bankstown, Liverpool and Campbelltown, and the growth around Leppington and Narellan brings its own work with it.

A lot of it is industrial

An office, amenities and staff facilities inside an operating facility is the most common brief in this corridor. The building gives you a slab, walls and a roof, so framing, ceilings, insulation and services are all part of the fitout.

The commercial centres are conventional

Bankstown, Liverpool and Campbelltown have ordinary office buildings and suites with a normal base building behind them. Those jobs run like any other commercial fitout, with building management, an induction and agreed hours.

When the premises stays open

Where a site keeps trading, the boundary is the first thing agreed: hoarding or barriers between the work area and the rest, a delivery route for our materials that does not cross yours, and hours that suit the operation rather than us.

Amenities usually come with the job

Lunchrooms, toilets, lockers and first aid rooms tend to be part of the same scope, and they bring plumbing and mechanical work with them. They get planned around whatever drainage and services the building already has.

Adding rooms changes the compliance

New rooms change exit paths, sprinkler coverage and smoke detection. We work through what the layout needs with your certifier before it is built.

Site visits and deliveries

The corridor runs a long way, so visits are booked in advance and materials arrive in fewer, larger drops. You get the dates we will be on site before the job starts.

A two-storey office block under construction inside an operating warehouse, with hoarding separating the work area from the racking beyond.

Building While a Site Keeps Operating

A lot of work in this corridor happens inside a business that cannot stop. The risk is not the construction. It is two sets of people and two sets of vehicles using the same concrete.

So the work area is separated with barriers or hoarding before anything is unloaded, deliveries are booked into windows that do not clash with yours, and materials are stored inside the work zone rather than stacked wherever there is room. Where something genuinely cannot happen alongside the operation, it runs outside your hours instead.

The same approach works on a tenancy full of people as it does on a warehouse floor. If the space has to keep being used, tell us at quoting and we will programme it that way.

Businesses We’ve Worked With

Two decades of fitouts across Sydney and NSW, on empty sites and on sites that never stopped running.

  • Dimitry and his team did a great job on our office installation; could not have asked for better care towards our needs, very solution-focussed towards challenges, and efficient install. Good communication too. Thanks Dimitry!

    Natasha Kavalieros

  • The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations. Although it is a bit more expensive than conventional wall but it is absolutely worth it as it gives you more space and a pleasant look.

    Phong Ha

  • A completely hassle free experience from start to finish. Dimitry offers outstanding customer service on every aspect of the job. Would 100% recommend him and his team. Thanks again.
