Working to a Fixed Reopening Date
Education work usually has a date that cannot move: a term start, or the first day of a new course. We programme the job backwards from that date and order the long-lead items first.
Most of the work happens in the holidays or outside operating hours, so the site is clear before students come back.
Where a site stays partly in use, the work area is fully separated from the areas that are occupied, with the access routes kept apart.
We fit out childcare centres as well. They work to an opening date too, and have their own requirements for floor space, supervision and approval.

The cost of a school fitout or a training room depends on the number of rooms and what each one is for. A classroom, a computer room, a training room and a staff room each need different acoustics, lighting, storage and finishes, so we price them separately rather than at one flat rate. We inspect the space and send a written quote setting out what is included and what is not.
