The cost of an office fitout depends on the size of the space, its existing condition and the scope of works required. We don’t quote a generic rate per square metre without understanding the space first. We carry out a site visit and provide a written quote setting out the scope, inclusions and exclusions. Where budget is a constraint, we can also price different options to help you find the right approach.
Do you take on small office fitouts, or only large projects?
Both. We take on smaller standalone works as well as complete office fitouts. That could be alterations to a single room or part of an existing office, through to a complete floor. Our work covers office fitouts, partitions, ceilings, make good works and other commercial interior works, with the scope tailored to what your space actually needs.
Can you work after hours or around an occupied office?
Yes. Where required, we can schedule works outside standard business hours, including evenings or weekends, to minimise disruption to your operations. We can also stage works around occupied areas and business-critical spaces. Access, staging and noise requirements are considered as part of the scope before work begins.
What areas of Sydney and NSW do you work in?

How long does an office fitout take?
Timeframes depend on the size and complexity of the project, but most office fitouts are completed within 4 to 8 weeks. Smaller partition, ceiling and make good works may be completed much faster. We provide a clear programme upfront and coordinate the works to keep the project on schedule.
Can I get partitions, ceilings or make good works as a standalone job?
Yes. Office partitions, glass partitions, ceilings and defit and make good can all be quoted and delivered as standalone works. You don’t need to be undertaking a complete office fitout to engage us for a smaller scope.
What is an office defit and make good?
An office defit and make good involves removing tenant-installed fitout items and restoring a commercial space to the condition required under the lease when you vacate. Our defit and make good work can include strip-out, reinstatement and the associated compliance requirements.
