Complete Office Fitouts
One team for the whole job, from the first site visit through to handover. You brief one person instead of five trades.

Office Partitions
New rooms inside a space you already have. Glass, solid walls or a mix, and none of it touches the base building.

Glass Partitions
Rooms that stay private without making the floor dark. Glass, doors and hardware as one scope, not three.

Plasterboard Partitions
Solid walls, for rooms that need to be properly quiet. Straight runs, curves or bulkheads, built to suit the layout.

Ceilings
A new suspended ceiling, a damaged one repaired or replaced, or the whole thing stripped back and left open.

Defit & Make Good
Strip the fitout and hand the space back the way the lease requires, with the paperwork the landlord will ask for.
You Don’t Have to Do the Whole Floor
Most fitout companies want the entire tenancy or nothing. We quote the small jobs too: one meeting room, one wall, a ceiling replaced after a leak, a tenancy handed back at the end of a lease.
The trades, the programme and the site protection are the same whether you are building one room or twenty. A single room gets the same site visit and the same written scope as a full floor.

However Big the Scope, It Runs the Same Way
A site visit first, then a written scope with inclusions and exclusions, then the works, then a walkthrough. Around occupied floors and outside trading hours where the building needs it.
